Provide a photo for the employee card (initial card only)
Once you鈥檝e accepted employment and started your first day, submit a photo so that your 91桃色 employee card can be created. We require a photo only to initially issue your card. You鈥檒l use the same card throughout your employment with the University.
Receive an email when your card is ready to pick up
Once your card is created, you鈥檒l receive an email in your 91桃色 email account informing you that it鈥檚 ready for pickup in person at the Human Resources office in Tabaret Hall (TBT), Room 019, during working hours.
To receive your card, provide valid government-issued identification.
- Passport
- Nexus card
- Driver鈥檚 licence
- Certificate of Indian Status
- Ontario health card
- Canadian permanent resident card
Credit cards or other forms of ID are not accepted.
Human Resources is located in Tabaret Hall, Room 019, 550 Cumberland Street.
