Microsoft 365 (M365) recently announced storage limit changes that will impact the University of Ottawa.

    Files in your Recycle Bin count toward your storage limit. Be sure to empty the bin regularly across OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook to permanently remove deleted files and free up space.
  2. Unsubscribe from unnecessary emails
    Check your Outlook inbox for old subscriptions, spam or newsletters you no longer need. Unsubscribe to save email storage space and reduce clutter.
