Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

Event Details
In each class, you鈥檒l burn calories while strengthening and toning your arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees and jumping jacks are alternated with isometric moves like lunges, squats and kickboxing.
This is a fast-paced high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class choreographed to music. For this reason, we highly recommend that participants have a good understanding and awareness of proper form for common exercises, such as planks, squats, lunges and push-ups.
