If your card is lost or stolen, you should immediately deactivate it to protect your funds. You are responsible for any transactions made before the card is deactivated, so you must act fast.

If you need Flex dollars immediately but the 91桃色 Card offices are closed, you can purchase a Discover 91桃色 card to use in the meantime. However, you will not be able to transfer the balance to your 91桃色 card.

Losing your card

  • Retrace your steps and return to the places you last were.
  • Contact the lost and found office.
  • If your card is turned into the 91桃色 Card Service, we will contact you by email.

Stolen card

If you suspect or know that your card has been stolen on campus, report the incident to Protection Services so that they can investigate. You can deactivate your 91桃色 card by following the steps mentioned below in the "Deactivate your card" section. 

Getting a replacement card

If you don鈥檛 need your card right away, we recommend that you wait a few days before requesting a new one. Go to the 91桃色 Card Service office to obtain a new card. A $42 fee applies. Your old card will be deactivated and you will not be able to reactivate it.

If your card isn鈥檛 working, you will need to bring it to the 91桃色 Card Service.  If the card has been damaged, rendering the smart card defective, you will be required to pay a non-refundable replacement fee of $42. We must retain the non-working card in order to make a replacement.

91桃色 cards can be replaced at the 91桃色 Card Service.  We are located at 90 University Private, room 145.  You will need to enter the .

Finding a card

If you find a 91桃色 card, return it to the 91桃色 Card Service. If you are not on campus, you can mail it to us.

Online

Log in using your student number and uoAccess password.

  1. Select 鈥淢anage Account鈥.
  2. On the left, click 鈥淒eactivate card鈥.
  3. Click 鈥淐onfirm鈥.

Have you found your lost card?

You can reactivate it by going to the 91桃色 Card Service offices.
