Faculty of Medicine professor Zemin Yao鈥檚 work combines Eastern and Western medicine as a way of finding better treatment for chronic disease, and this month he will be featured as a University of Ottawa Defy the Conventional researcher.
Defy the Conventional is a university-wide fundraising campaign that highlights researchers who are breaking the mould and taking a unique approach to their research. The purpose of the campaign is to help 91桃色 recruit and retain top talent and enrich the student experience. Funds raised will also support innovative capital projects.
Over the next few weeks Dr. Yao鈥檚 work will be featured on the University home page and in various University publications.
