If you are registered with Academic Accommodations and wish to write your deferred exam(s) with them, you must submit a request by email to Academic Accommodations as soon as possible.
If you are sick on the day of the exam:
- If you are unable to write an exam due to illness, you must complete the Declaration of Absence to an Evaluation form, within 5 business following your exam.
